What this site collects
Your Product DNA is operated by Jake McMahon under ProductQuant. When you join the early-access list, we store your email, the resource you requested, consent status and confirmation history. Workshop requests also include the name, product website and message you choose to provide.
Your diagnostic answers
The free diagnostic runs in your browser. Your answers are not submitted to us. If you choose “Save on this device,” they are stored in your browser until you clear them. Downloaded files remain under your control.
Why we use your information
We use your information to fulfill a request, send messages you consent to, provide account access and protect the service. Marketing is optional and separate from course access. We do not sell your information.
Service providers
Cloudflare delivers and protects the site. Resend delivers email. Our application stores signup and account records on our managed server in Europe; authenticated email dispatch runs through our Sydney infrastructure. These services may process data outside your country.
Retention and your choices
Unconfirmed signup requests expire after 30 days. We retain confirmed subscription records while you remain subscribed. After you unsubscribe, we retain a limited suppression record so we do not accidentally email you again. Workshop requests are reviewed for deletion after 12 months. Necessary security records have shorter retention.
Cookies and browser storage
The marketing site does not use advertising cookies or behavioral tracking. The learning platform uses necessary authentication cookies. The diagnostic only saves answers on your device if you choose to enable that option.
Access, corrections and deletion
You can unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email. To request access, correction or deletion, contact Jake at ProductQuant. We may need to verify your identity before handling an account request.
